Exchanges & Returns


Best Gift 2u is happy to make an exchange if you order from www.bestgift2u.com and the item you received is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

1. Wrong Item Received

Should you receive an item that is entirely different from your original order, kindly reach out to us at bestgift2u.official@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receipt. To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request that you send an email with detailed pictures or videos (each file less than 1 MB) clearly displaying the incorrect item.

Once we have confirmed the discrepancy, rest assured that Best Gift 2u will take full responsibility for the shipping cost and will make arrangements with our courier service to collect the wrong items in their original packaging. We will then proceed with exchanging the incorrect item for the right one.


2. Defective Item Received

In the event that you receive a defective item upon arrival, we kindly ask that you notify us by emailing bestgift2u.official@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receipt. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please attach detailed pictures or videos (each file less than 1 MB) clearly showing the defective area.

Once we have verified the defect, rest assured that Best Gift 2u will cover the shipping cost and coordinate with our courier service to collect the defective or damaged items in their original packaging. We will then proceed with arranging a swift exchange for a new replacement.


3. Wrong Engraving

For customers who have placed orders with engraving, please take note that Best Gift 2u will use the engraving message displayed on the order confirmation email as a reference. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, every customer will receive an order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed on our website www.bestgift2u.com.

If you notice any discrepancies in the engraving details on the order confirmation email, kindly inform us within 1 working day by emailing us at bestgift2u.official@gmail.com. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and our team strives to process and fulfill most orders promptly.

In the rare instance where you receive an item with incorrect engraving, we request that you inform us within 14 days from the date of receipt by emailing bestgift2u.official@gmail.com. To assist us in resolving the matter swiftly, kindly send us an email with detailed pictures or videos (each file less than 1 MB) clearly displaying the incorrect engraving.


4. Returns

Best Gift 2u retains the right to decline a full refund or impose a restocking fee for any order that does not adhere to the stated requirements mentioned above.

Please be aware that credit card refunds may take up to 2-3 weeks to process, as they require several approvals from the relevant authorities. Once a request for a refund is submitted, respective banks will conduct an investigation and validation process. The approved refund amount will be credited to your next month's credit card billing statement.
